Neoprene is a closed cell foam, made with synthetic rubber material. It is special designed with many features such as flexible, soft, water resistant, ...etc.
The application includes: wetsuits, waders, seat covers, gloves, can holders, wine bottle holders, sport protection items such as knee and elbow pad, ankle brace, ... and others.
We sell the neoprene by sheet size 51" x 83", in different thicknesses, 1.5 mm, 2 mm through 7 mm. The humidity, temperature, and other environmental conditions, will affect the neoprene size and thickness by plus or minus 5%. If your dimensions are critical, please specify.
The neoprene is laminated in various ways, such as the following:
A. Nylon / Nylon - Doublesided laminated Nylon jersey fabric.
B. Nylon / Polyester - One side is laminated Nylon jersey fabric, and the other side is laminated Polyester fabric.
C. Nylon / Mesh Skin - One side is laminated with black Nylon jersey fabric, and the other side is a textured rubber skin.
D. Nylon / Smooth Skin - One side is laminated with black Nylon jersey fabric, and the other side is a smooth rubber skin.
E. Nylon / Loop Fabric - One side is laminated with black Nylon jersey fabric, and the other side is black Nylon low pile soft loop fabric which is compatible with hook.
F. Nylon / UBL Loop - One side is laminated with black Nylon jersey fabric, and the other side has a very durable unbreakable soft loop fabric which is compatible with hook.
G. Nylon / Print Pattern - One side is laminated with black Nylon jersey fabric, and the other side with print pattern fabric.
H. Seam Seal Tape - This is a Polyurethane material (PU) laminated with Nylon jersey fabric which is used to cover stitching of seams. It keeps the seam smooth and waterproof to avoid leaky stitch holes. It is 3/4" on a 60 yd roll. Color: Black.
